Spotlight is one app that confuses me. For a while I recall my searches would also check within apps for results (like typing a movie name and having it come up w/ an IMDB app result that would open to that movie. Same with Yelp location searches). However this hasn't seemed to work for me lately. And for the longest while contacts didn't seem to come back resulting in me having to open Contacts to do a siloed search (that may be working again tho, will have to test).
