Apple has issued a firmware update for the Studio Display alongside macOS Ventura 13.3 and other updates.
The company had released a third beta for Studio Display 16.4 in early March, and the update is now rolling out to all users with the external monitor.
Studio Display owners can update their firmware by going into System Settings on their Mac. Next, navigate to General, then Software Update, to see if the update is available.
What Apple added to the upgraded software is unknown, although it might include performance enhancements, security patches, or bug fixes. The company has yet to update its support page for the firmware.
Apple's Studio Display is a 27-inch 5K monitor released at the same time as Apple's Mac Studio in 2022. It runs an A13 processor to manage Center Stage and Spatial Audio systems, while supporting "Hey Siri" using its internal mics.
