'Black Bird' and 'Severance' nominated for Golden Globes

Apple TV+ dramas "Severance" and "Black Bird" got three nominations each for the 80th Annual Golden Globe Awards to be held on January 10.
Of the 135 nominations for the 80th Annual Golden Globes, Apple TV+ received six. Three went to the Ben Stiller drama "Severance," and the other three went to "Black Bird" starring Taron Egerton.
As of December 9th, Apple says its original content for Apple TV+ has been nominated for 1,274 awards and won 295. That didn't include Monday's Children's Emmy win nor the Golden Globe nominations.

- Best Television Series, Drama
- Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series, Drama — Adam Scott
- Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role. In a Musical-Comedy or Drama Television Series — John Turturro
Black Bird
- Best Television Limited Series, Anthology Series, or Motion Picture Made for Television
- Best Performance by an Actor in a Limited Series, Anthology Series, or a Motion Picture Made for Television — Taron Egerton
- Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Limited Series, Anthology Series, or Motion Picture Made for Television — Paul Walter Hauser
The 80th Annual Golden Globe Awards will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. It can be viewed on NBC and Peacock.
